3 2.5 oz Packet Salmon (ex: Starkist)
3 Whole Eggs
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbles
1 cup Chopped Green Scallions
2 tsp Dried Parsley
2 tsp Dried Cilantro
1-2 tbsp Siracha
1 tbsp Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 clove Garlic (minced)
— In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix until blended.
— Add wet ingredients into the dry and stir until blended.
— Form into 6 patties and pan sear or grill for ~ 4 minutes per side.
— Serve with a whole grain bun and toppings of your choice.
