Goes-with-Anything High Protein Turkey Meatballs

Simple, universal, goes-with-anything lean turkey meatballs⁣

Ingredients & Instructions

Here's what you'll need: ⁣
3 lbs ground turkey (99%)⁣⁣
1 12-16oz bag of julienned carrots, finely chopped⁣
2 1/4 cups Italian breadcrumbs⁣
3 large eggs⁣
7-8 cloves garlic, minced⁣
1 small red onion, finely diced⁣
1 1/2 teaspoon salt⁣
1 teaspoon black pepper⁣
1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning⁣
1 teaspoon onion powder⁣
3/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced⁣
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped⁣

Here's what to do:
⁣⁣⁣⁣
— Preheat your oven to 375 degrees⁣
— Add all ingredients ⁣to a large mixing bowl and mix to combine — careful not to over-mix. If mixture feels too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of broth or water at a time to moisten it up so they stick together better.⁣
— Once combined, use a cookie scoop to scoop a portion into your hands and roll into meatballs. ⁣
— Place meatballs on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on the outside and juicy in the center (or 160-165 degrees)⁣

Notes
— While these meatballs are incredibly universal, we found they taste the best doused in some buffalo sauce and eaten with some crunchy seasonal raw veggies. ⁣
