Shannon Frawley

Shannon has been a member of the Renew Crew since its inaugural year – 2012 – and joined the team as Client Services Manager in early 2023. She strives to embody the core value of "being a good human" and is passionate about CrossFit Renew truly being a place for anyone and everyone. She is a proud UT alum, a social worker by background, a digital marketing expert by day, and a devoted dog mom at all times. You will not find her darkening the door of the gym before 8 am, and even then, it will be begrudging. Her favorite benchmark workout is Annie because it's fun and fast with a barbell in sight.
